These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and SafeSphereHub ("we," "us," or "Company") governing your access to and use of SafeSphere and our website at https://safespherehub.com, including any related applications, pilot programs, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must:
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or as required by law.
You agree not to:
Your organization is responsible for policies governing how staff use SafeSphere for safety reporting.
You retain responsibility for the accuracy and lawfulness of content you submit. You grant SafeSphereHub a limited license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, or when required by your organization administrator.
SafeSphere is typically offered through pilot programs and enterprise engagements coordinated directly with our team. Pricing, scope, data handling, and service levels for your organization may be set out in a separate order form, statement of work, or data processing agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Contact contact@safespherehub.com for pilot or rollout inquiries.
The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by SafeSphereHub and its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service as permitted here, no rights are granted to you.
Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party terms or privacy practices. Your use of those services is at your own risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that safety outcomes or regulatory compliance will result from its use. SafeSphere supports safety workflows; it does not replace professional judgment, legal obligations, or regulatory programs.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFESPHEREHUB AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify SafeSphereHub against claims arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a formal dispute, contact contact@safespherehub.com to seek informal resolution. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be brought in the courts of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION], unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive termination.
